ATH Fees and Referral Schedule
This Schedule is part of the ATH Terms of Service (the "Terms"). It lists every fee we charge, the costs we do not charge or control, and the rules of the referral program. Access to the Service is free: we sell no Paid Plans (Section 6). If this Schedule and the Terms disagree about a fee amount or a referral reward, this Schedule controls. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
ATH is operated by ATH (Florida, United States), Miami, FL 33178. Questions about fees: [email protected].
Quebec residents: a French version of this Schedule is available at ath.trade/fr. By using this English version you confirm that you were first offered the French version and chose English.
1. Definitions
- "We," "us," "ATH" means ATH.
- "You" means the person using the Service.
- "Service" means the ATH website at ath.trade. We closed the ATH Telegram bot in October 2026.
- "Wallet" means the wallet you use with the Service: the embedded wallet that Privy creates for you when you sign in with Google or Apple or, for accounts that connected one before October 22, 2026, an external wallet.
- "Privy" means the third-party provider (privy.io) that creates and secures the embedded Wallet. We never hold its keys or key shares.
- "DFlow" means the third-party Solana swap aggregator (dflow.net) that finds the route for a Swap and builds its transaction.
- "Swap" means an exchange of one token for another on the Solana network that you start through the Service and that DFlow routes.
- "Platform Fee" means the fee we collect on a Swap, as set out in Section 3.
- "Network Costs" means every cost of a Swap other than the Platform Fee: the Solana network fee, the priority fee, any aggregator fee, pool and route fees, and slippage. See Section 4.
- "Basis point" or "bps" means one hundredth of one percent. 1 bps = 0.01%. 100 bps = 1%.
- "Paid Plan" means a subscription or other paid membership level. We do not sell any today (Section 6).
- "Referral Code" means the code the Service gives you, including the referral link that contains it, so other people can sign up as your referrals.
- "Referral" means a person who signs up for the Service using your Referral Code.
- "Active Referral" means a Referral who signed up with your Referral Code and has completed at least one trade with the Wallet they signed up with.
- "Tip" means SOL that one user sends to another user through the Service.
- "Transfer" means SOL or tokens that you send from your Wallet to another user's wallet through the Service.
2. What this Schedule covers
2.1 On the website we charge exactly one thing: a Platform Fee on Swaps (Section 3). Access to the Service and to all of its features is free, and we sell no Paid Plans (Section 6). Nothing else on the Service carries a fee from us.
2.2 We never hold your funds or your keys. Your Wallet signs every Swap, Tip, and Transfer, and the clean-up transactions described in Section 4.5. For a Swap, a Tip, or a Transfer, we send your already-signed transaction to the Solana network ourselves, through RPC nodes. Nobody can change a transaction after you sign it. Once the network confirms a transaction, it cannot be reversed or cancelled on-chain.
2.3 We are not an exchange, broker, dealer, marketplace, crypto asset trading platform, money transmitter, or money services business, and we are not a financial adviser. We are not registered as any of these with FinCEN, FINTRAC, or any securities regulator. Every Swap settles on the Solana network directly into your Wallet. You never hold a claim against us for tokens or funds. We never hold private keys or key shares, including for an embedded Wallet, and we cannot sign, block, freeze, or move anything in your Wallet without your own action, apart from the clean-up transactions that your Embedded Wallet signs within your signed-in session under Section 4.5. The Platform Fee pays for the use of our software and data, not for financial services.
2.4 This Schedule applies the same way whether you use an external Wallet or an embedded Wallet.
3. Platform Fee on Swaps
3.1 Rate. The Platform Fee is 0.50% (50 bps) of each Swap. The same rate applies to every Account.
One basis point is 0.01%.
3.2 Every Swap, buy or sell. The Platform Fee applies to each Swap in either direction, at the rate in Section 3.1 or less; it never exceeds that rate. We may charge less, or nothing, on some Swaps or for some periods. The rate in force at the moment you confirm the Swap is the one that applies.
The Platform Fee is collected in SOL or USDC. On a purchase it is taken from the SOL or USDC you pay with. A sale pays out in USDC, and the fee is taken from the USDC you receive. On a Swap between two other tokens where none of SOL, USDC, or USDT is involved, and on any token where the fee cannot be collected, we collect nothing. That never increases your fee.
3.3 How it is collected. The Platform Fee is taken inside the Swap transaction itself and paid straight to our fee account: in SOL or USDC when you buy, and in USDC when you sell. It is not a separate charge, invoice, or card payment. You do not do anything extra to pay it.
3.4 You see it before you sign. The Platform Fee rate is published in this Schedule at https://ath.trade/fees. Before you sign a Swap, the Service shows the Platform Fee rate and the estimated amount you will receive, which already reflects the Platform Fee. If you do not agree with the fee, do not sign. Nothing is charged for a Swap you do not sign.
3.5 Failed Swaps. If a Swap fails on-chain, we collect no Platform Fee. The Solana network may still charge its network fee for the failed attempt. That fee is not ours (Section 4).
3.6 Nothing hidden. The Platform Fee is the only amount taken from a Swap for us. We do not add a spread to the quoted price, and we do not take a share of pool, route, or aggregator fees.
4. Costs we do not charge or control
4.1 A Swap on Solana carries costs that go to the network, to the aggregator, to liquidity providers, or to no one at all. We do not receive any part of them, we do not set them, and we cannot waive them.
| Cost | What it is | Who receives it | Who sets it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solana network fee | The base fee the network charges to process a transaction | Solana validators | The Solana network |
| Priority fee | An extra fee that helps a transaction get processed sooner when the network is busy | Solana validators | DFlow, automatically, based on network conditions, within a cap we set. You do not choose it. |
| Aggregator fee | Any fee DFlow charges for routing the Swap | DFlow | DFlow |
| Pool and route fees | Fees charged by each liquidity pool the Swap passes through; a route may cross several pools | The liquidity providers of those pools | Each pool's own program |
| Slippage | The difference between the quoted price and the price at which the Swap actually executes | No one; it is a price move, not a payment | The market, within the tolerance in force for that attempt (Section 4.4) |
| Token account rent | A refundable deposit the Solana network requires for each token your Wallet holds: about 0.0015 to 0.002 SOL the first time you buy a token | Kept in the token account inside your own Wallet; it is not a fee, and it comes back to your Wallet when the account is closed (Section 4.5) | The Solana network |
4.2 The network fee and the priority fee are paid in SOL from your Wallet, on top of the amount you swap. For some Swaps we may cover the network fee ourselves; the Service tells you when we do. The aggregator fee, pool and route fees, and slippage are already reflected in the number of tokens you receive.
4.3 DFlow picks the route. The route, and the pools in it, can change between the quote and the execution. The quote you see before signing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
4.4 Slippage tolerance has two modes. In Auto mode (the default), DFlow sets the tolerance for you, never below 1.5%. In Manual mode you choose it in Swap settings, from 0.1% to 50%. If a Swap fails because the price moved or the network did not include it in time, the Service tries again automatically, up to three more times, each time with a fresh quote. In Auto mode each new attempt allows a little more slippage (3%, then 5%, then 8%); in Manual mode every attempt keeps the tolerance you chose. Each attempt is a separate transaction signed by your Wallet: an Embedded Wallet signs it without asking again, and an External Wallet asks you each time. Each failed attempt may still cost the network fee. Only a Swap that confirms carries the Platform Fee.
4.5 Token account rent and automatic clean-up. Rent is a deposit, not a cost: it comes back to your Wallet when the token account is closed. With an Embedded Wallet, the Service closes your empty token accounts for you so the rent comes back: after you sell all of a token, a few seconds after each purchase, when you need SOL for network fees, and when you tap "Reclaim rent". "Burn dust automatically" in Settings → Wallet is on by default: while it is on, the same transaction also burns token balances that we estimate are worth less than the rent of their token account (never more than US$1.00), including tokens with no liquidity left, under the conditions in Section 6.7 of our Terms of Service, and closes those accounts. You can turn it off at any time, and we always respect that choice. Your Embedded Wallet signs these transactions without a separate prompt, and the Service tells you afterwards what was burned and how much SOL came back. Burning is permanent and cannot be undone. The rent always returns to your own Wallet, and we charge nothing for this; each clean-up transaction costs the base Solana network fee, paid by your Wallet. With an External Wallet, nothing is closed unless you approve it, and nothing is burned. If we ever pay a token account's rent for you, the Service will tell you before you confirm whether that rent returns to you or to us when the account is closed.
5. Worked example: buying US$100 of a token
5.1 Assumptions. These numbers are an illustration, not a quote. All amounts are in US dollars. You swap US$100 worth of SOL for a token. DFlow routes the Swap through pools that, together with any aggregator fee, charge a combined 0.30%. The network fee is well under one cent. The priority fee is US$0.05. The Swap runs in Manual mode with a slippage tolerance of 1%.
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Amount you send into the Swap | US$100.00 |
| Platform Fee at 0.50% (ours) | US$0.50 |
| Amount that reaches the route | US$99.50 |
| Pool, route, and aggregator fees (not ours) | about US$0.30 |
| Value of tokens you receive, before slippage | about US$99.20 |
| Slippage (not ours) | US$0 up to about US$1.00 |
| Paid separately from your SOL balance: network fee plus priority fee (not ours) | about US$0.05 |
5.2 What it shows. The Platform Fee on that US$100 trade is fifty cents. Everything else goes to the network, to the aggregator, or to liquidity providers, or is a price move. If we charge less than the full rate on a Swap, or nothing, only our line changes; the other costs stay the same.
5.3 Selling works the same way, with one difference: on a sale the Platform Fee is taken from the SOL you receive rather than from what you send. The Network Costs apply as above.
5.4 Real amounts depend on the token, the route, network congestion, the slippage mode and tolerance, and the price of SOL at that moment. Rely on what the Service shows you before you sign, not on this example.
6. No Paid Plans
6.1 The Service is free. We do not sell subscriptions or Paid Plans. Access to the Service and to all of its features costs nothing. The Platform Fee in Section 3 is the only fee we charge.
6.2 If we offer Paid Plans in the future. We will announce them in the Service and publish their prices and their billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms in this Schedule before you can buy one. Those terms will apply only if you accept them separately when you buy, and nothing will be charged unless you do.
6.3 Plans and memberships bought before. We used to sell Paid Plans on the website and memberships in the former ATH Telegram bot, which we closed in October 2026. We have stopped selling them, and the features they included that are still part of the Service are now free for everyone. If you paid for a Paid Plan or membership that still had time left when we stopped selling them, email [email protected]. We will honor any refund owed to you under the terms in effect when you bought it or under the consumer protection laws of your state, province, or country.
7. Payments to us
7.1 No payments for access. Because we sell no Paid Plans, the website accepts no card or SOL payments for access to the Service. The only amount we receive from your use of the Service is the Platform Fee, collected inside the Swap (Section 3.3).
7.2 Nobody collects payments for us. We never ask you to send SOL, tokens, or card details to pay for the Service. Anyone who asks you to pay ATH in that way is not us.
7.3 The former Telegram bot. The former Telegram bot no longer takes payments of any kind (Section 6.3).
7.4 Buying tokens with a card. The Service does not sell tokens for dollars or any other government currency. If we add a third-party service for buying tokens with a card, Apple Pay, or another form of government currency (for example, a provider such as Crossmint or MoonPay), that provider's own fees and terms will apply, and we will update this Schedule before it goes live.
7.5 Your data. How we handle your Swap records, transaction signatures, records of payments for former Paid Plans, and your email, including transfers to service providers outside Canada and Quebec, is described in our Privacy Policy at ath.trade/privacy. Privacy questions: our Privacy Officer at [email protected].
8. Referral rewards today
8.1 No reward today. Referrals earn no reward at this time. Your Referral Code is reserved for you.
8.2 The Community Plan has ended. Until we stopped selling Paid Plans, Active Referrals could earn time on a Community Plan that unlocked the features of the Paid Plans. Those features are now free for everyone, so the Community Plan has ended, and no Community time is earned or owed.
8.3 Future rewards. If we add a reward for referrals, including the fee-sharing program in Section 9, we will describe it in this Schedule before any referral counts toward it. Sign-ups made before that announcement do not count unless we say otherwise.
9. Fee-sharing referral program (not yet active)
9.1 Status: not yet active. The Service may show a preview of a program that pays referrers a share of the Platform Fees their referrals pay (for example, a notice that it is "coming soon"). That program is not in force. No share accrues, is owed, or is payable until we announce the launch and update this Schedule. The same applies to any preview of creator rewards: nothing accrues or is owed until we announce a launch and describe the program in this Schedule.
9.2 Planned terms, subject to change before launch:
- Share: not yet active of the Platform Fees actually received by us on Swaps made by your own direct Active Referrals.
- Base: Platform Fees only. Network Costs, Tips, and Transfers are never part of the base.
- Single level only. A share is earned only on Swaps made by your own direct Active Referrals, never on Swaps by people they refer.
- Earning a share never requires you to pay anything.
- Payout currency, minimum payout, timing, and how long the share lasts for each Referral: not yet active; when the program launches, the percentage, payout method and minimums will be published in this Fee Schedule before any commission is earned.
9.3 The percentage that applies at launch will be published in this Schedule. Any percentage shown elsewhere in the Service before launch is a preview only and creates no right to any reward.
9.4 Referral rewards are not interest, not an investment return, and do not create any ownership, partnership, or employment relationship between you and us.
10. Referral rules
These rules apply to the referral program, including the fee-sharing program once it launches.
10.1 No self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own wallets, accounts you control, or accounts created for the purpose of earning rewards.
10.2 No manipulation. You may not:
(a) use bots or scripts to create sign-ups; (b) trade back and forth to inflate fees; (c) pay, reward, or pressure people to sign up or to trade; (d) send spam; (e) buy, sell, or rent Referral Codes; or (f) make misleading claims about ATH, about guaranteed profits, or about the rewards.
10.3 Follow the law. Send your Referral Code only to people who have agreed to hear from you. Do not send unsolicited emails, texts, or direct messages, and do not post it where the platform prohibits it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to how you promote your Referral Code, including CAN-SPAM in the United States, the TCPA in the United States for text messages, and CASL in Canada. If we offer a tool that sends an invitation on your behalf, we send a single message that names you as the referrer and states that it is sent because of your referral; we send nothing more unless the recipient consents.
10.4 Say that you earn rewards. When you promote ATH or share your Referral Code, in public or in private, you must state clearly that you earn or may earn rewards for sign-ups or trades (for example: "I earn rewards if you sign up with my link"). Do not present yourself as an independent user.
10.5 Sanctions and screening. No reward or fee share is earned by or paid to any person, wallet, or account that is subject to sanctions of the United States, Canada (including the Special Economic Measures Act, the United Nations Act, the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act, and the Criminal Code), or the United Nations, or that is located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. Before paying any reward we may check your identity and screen you against sanctions lists, and we will not pay a reward to a person or wallet we cannot pay lawfully. We may withhold or void rewards and block payouts to comply with sanctions law.
10.6 Our right to void. If we believe in good faith that these rules were broken, we may investigate, withhold, reduce, or void any reward, disable a Referral Code, or close an account. You may dispute a decision under this Section through the process set out in the Terms. If you are a consumer in Quebec, Ontario, or another province whose law does not permit mandatory arbitration or class action waivers, nothing in this Schedule or the Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your province or from taking part in a class proceeding.
10.7 Changes. We may change, pause, or end the referral program and its rewards at any time without prior notice. Rewards already credited before a change stay credited unless voided under Section 10.6. For Quebec and Ontario consumers, a change that reduces future rewards takes effect only after the notice described in Section 13.7.
10.8 Rewards are personal to you. You cannot transfer or sell them.
11. Tips and Transfers between users
11.1 No fee from us. We charge nothing on Tips or Transfers. Transfers are available where the Service offers them for your Wallet type; some Wallet types may not support them yet.
11.2 You sign each Tip and Transfer in your Wallet. The Solana network fee, and any priority fee, is paid by the sender in SOL. Those fees are not ours.
11.3 Tips and Transfers go directly from your Wallet to the recipient's wallet. We never hold them. Once the network confirms them, they cannot be reversed. Check the recipient before you send. Funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered by us. This does not limit our responsibility where the loss is caused by an error in the Service or by our fault, to the extent the law of your state or province does not allow us to exclude it.
11.4 A Tip is a voluntary payment from one user to another, sent directly from your Wallet. We are not a party to it, we do not receive it, and it is not a payment for any service from us. Whether it is taxable for you or for the recipient depends on your situation (Section 12).
11.5 You may not send a Tip or Transfer to a wallet you know or should know is subject to the sanctions described in Section 10.5.
12. Taxes
12.1 You are responsible for every tax that arises from your use of the Service, including taxes on gains from Swaps, on Tips you receive, and on referral rewards. We do not give tax advice.
12.2 Where a sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, HST, QST, PST, or similar tax applies to the Platform Fee and cannot be added inside the Swap, the Platform Fee shown is inclusive of that tax.
12.3 Before we pay a referral reward we may require a completed tax form (Form W-9 for US persons, Form W-8 for others) and may hold the payout until we receive it. Where the law requires us to withhold tax from a payout or to report it, we will do so.
13. Changes to this Schedule
13.1 Notice for increases. If we raise the Platform Fee or add a new fee, including a price for a feature that is free today, we post the updated Schedule at ath.trade at least 30 days before it takes effect, and in the same period we send you written notice by email or by message in your account.
13.2 Paid Plans, if we offer them in the future, follow Section 6.2: their terms are published in this Schedule and apply only if you accept them separately.
13.3 Fee reductions and promotions may take effect right away.
13.4 The referral program is governed by Section 10.7.
13.5 If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the change applies to you, except where Section 13.7 applies. If you do not agree, stop making Swaps.
13.6 The Platform Fee in force when you sign a Swap is the fee that applies to that Swap, even while this Schedule is being updated.
13.7 Quebec and Ontario consumers. We may change only the elements listed in this Schedule: the Platform Fee rate and referral rewards. If you are a consumer in Quebec or Ontario, we send you written notice (by email or in-app message) at least 30 days before a change takes effect, stating the new text, the effective date, and your right to refuse the change and end your agreement with us without cost or penalty within 30 days after it takes effect, if the change increases your obligations or reduces ours.
