Child Safety Standards
ATH's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Adults-only service
ATH, operated by Envynet, LLC, is only for adults: you must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live. Minors are prohibited from creating an account, accessing community features, or using ATH on iOS, Android, or the web.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
ATH enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit uploading, posting, linking to, sharing, soliciting, or facilitating:
- Any visual depiction, text, link, or synthetic/AI-generated material involving the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor;
- Grooming, predatory behavior, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to contact or exploit a minor;
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or promotes harm to children.
3. How to report
- Inside ATH (app and web): open the ⋯ menu on the post, comment, call, or user profile (in the app, you can also press and hold a call on a token's page), choose Report, and pick Sexual content as the reason. Reports with that reason go to the top of our moderation queue, and the post, comment, or call you reported is hidden from your view right away.
- By email (no account required): anyone may report suspected CSAE or child-endangerment concerns to [email protected] with URGENT in the subject line, and include the relevant username, post link, or details. Never attach, download, or forward suspected CSAM files or images.
4. Enforcement & mandatory reporting to authorities
When ATH becomes aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE on the platform, we:
- Hide the content. It is removed from ATH's feeds, token pages, and profiles right away, and its image files are removed from public access on our servers at once. Copies already cached by our content delivery network can take up to 24 hours to expire unless we purge them sooner, and a device that already displayed an image may keep its own cached copy;
- Suspend the account from posting, and close it by deleting it, which signs it out on every device;
- Before the account is deleted, preserve the content, its reports, and the account details the law requires us to keep, in restricted storage;
- Report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as 18 U.S.C. § 2258A requires, and, where Canadian law applies, to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection through Cybertip.ca;
- Report it to the police where required, and cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities.
5. Designated Child Safety point of contact
